Not only the woman but the man that we spoke with was unbelievable, the whole call was sketchy, we just received a call and they said they have been continually trying to reach out. Which was a lie. He told us an amount that was due and said we couldn’t make any kind of payment, he kept saying it would be an investigation and so forth and to not even bother calling back. Unbelievable!"

"Receive the same call as everyone else, John from PLS, same 50123 reference file number. I thought I was being tricky and dialed back the 888 number with 67, but apparently that doesn't block toll free number. The man who answered announced his name as "John" and he asked my name. I simply asked him to tell me the nature of the company PLS is. He would not. He kept forcefully asking me to state my name. I would not. The disconcerting part was my phone number did come through and he started rattling off my personal information - full name, phone number, current address, previous address. He kept pressing me to confirm if that was me, which I wouldn't. He became belligerent, saying I should just hang up instead of wasting his time (!), so I did. He never would tell me who or what PLS is."
