"I just received a letter from Vehicle Service Divison with my name and address on it and for me to call them at this number 1-888-307-2075 I called that number and it's to another business nothing to do with Vehicles. I personally don't know how they got my info unless it has been from Kia or the dealership because I have been having issues with KIA about my recalls and they claim my vehicle isn't covered for that recall and I am out a vehicle because of a faulty motor that blew a hole because of oil and bearings blew out. So my vehicle has been at the dealership since July 6th and I just got this letter. They want to charge me $12,000 for a motor that it's their fault they put a faulty motor in the Kia Sportage 2012 models"

then received letter asking me to call and give them my vin number and mileage. I called them and spoke to Eric and told him to stop calling me and to stop sending me letters. HE asked why I was yelling a I told him to remove me form all calls and letters and to F off."

"I receive calls - I do not answer them. I also receive official looking letters but with no company name saying "per their records, my warranty is about to expire or has expired." They may need to get better reports. My car is 16 yrs old and my 1 yr warranty has long since expired. I wasn't fooled into your 'immediate attention' tactic. You may want to rephrase your letters and when someone tells you no... move on. If I need your services, I will contact you."
