They will then transfer you to someone to "give you additional information" The person will ask you to verify four numbers as either a pin number or a password. (this may be the last four of your social security) DO NOT VERIFY THOSE NUMBERS. They straight out ask you what those numbers are. DO NOT TELL THEM. The voicemail they will leave states they received a complaint and will follow up with legal action or lien if you do not comply or cooperate.
