"Caller was very difficult to understand, although I played the voicemail message left on my phone over and over. The name of a friend of mine was used, and another name that I did not recognize was assumed to be mine. I thought it might be a wrong number,or a scam, or both since I don't even know anyone by the name they used as someone being sued. I did not call the 888-703-0618 number, because I thought it was likely to be a scam. I don't have caller ID."

"Called me, gave a case file, told me to call them back. When I did I got some guy who put me through to voicemail."

"I received a voicemail message from a private number from a Michelle Clark stating that she received a complaint against me and that I have 24 hours to call them back at 888-703-0619 and reference claim #758839. If I did not call back within the 24 hours then a warrant for my arrest would be filed and I would be prosecuted. They didn't leave any information what so ever about what the complaint was. On top of that they called my sister stating the same thing about me. Total scam!!!!!"

"Received a call saying I needed to call back within 24 hours because a complaint has been filed against me. I returned the call.. they stated I was going to have my wages garnished by a company I never rented from if I didn't pay 1,600$ by the end of the week. or paperwork would be filed with the court along with extra court fee and the garnishment would start. they demanded my banking info or credit card and when I told them they were incorrect and I wasn't giving them my banking info they became very upset with me and hung up"

"Left a VM stating I needed to call this number reference a complaint filed against me. I returned the call and was advised that I was being sued for $3959. I told her that was not correct information and not to call our business again. She said I was being sued and they were going to serve me at my place of employment. I know I am not being so so I cut the call short as she was raising her voice to me, I hung up."
