"Two years ago, a popup appeared on my PC, saying my computer was infected, to call 800-952-0926 immediately. The number turned out to be for Czone Solutions, Inc.. There is a company called Czone Solutions out of Brampton, Ontario. Don't know if there is any correlation between the two.

Pretending to be Microsoft, They "installed" Kaspersky software on my PC for $299.99. There was no Kaspersky software installed on my computer, just a bogus that didn't do anything. I d it,filed a complaint with my credit card company and the FTC and received a full refund. Now I'm suddenly receiving calls several times a day from 888-724-3525 trying to give me a refund.

They won't take NO for an answer, get hostile when I tell them I already received a refund and to stop calling me, and yell at me not to hang up. They even called me today on Thanksgiving. These people need to be stopped."
