He told he is from quick-books and logged into my computer and latter asked for money from me.when i rejected to pay he then changed the password of my computer and i had to take that computer to geek squad in order to login back into it.they are scammers be aware of them

"One morning i received a call for this number 888-987-9636.The person named James talked to me very politely and said that they are calling from quick-books.I talked to him and he need to check my account as he was getting some notifications from my account.I allowed him to login to my computer and then all of sudden my screen went black and i was not able to do anything at all.He latter told me to pay $500 to regain the access to my computer or he could crash my computer.I had to pay him at that time and that was a big scam on my.
