"My brother received a call at his home from this company stating that I owed US Bank $3,000 ( I haven’t had an acct with US bank in over 10 years, never owed them $3,000 and have never received anything from US Bank saying I have an outstanding balance, also received money in a settlement from US Bank a few years ago as money they owed me) this company stated that if I do not pay them $1100 today that they will file a lawsuit and my license will be suspended and my taxes garnished. I have researched that this company’s phone numbers are cell phones with carriers in Sri Lanka and their address is a UPS Store in Riverside. The phone call was extremely rude, invasive and upsetting where I was accused of some type of criminal type behavior. They also answer the phone by using the word “litigation” which gives you the sense you’re suready in legal trouble the moment they answer, the first time I was immediately put in hold fir about 10 minutes until I hung up and called back and got a very rude “lawyer” that was full of threats."
