Again press one to speak with a warranty specialist" seems to be hiding somewhere in the landlines as the reason why this kind of call out of the blue wouldn't allow anything like this to talk to us as it contacted us today and find that VERY ANNOYING when it hangs up TOO FAST! This is NOT what the real Auto Insurance EVER does. If the real Auto Insurance wanted to reach us for a marketing survey concerning our cars extended warranty, there has to be official notice in the mail about it FIRST!"
