"This number has been calling me as much as 4-5x daily. I have stopped answering it. I have told the caller off; he continues to call. Says he is from Geek Squad Customer Service and that my platinum protection plan is going to expire soon and will be automatically renewed at a cost of $299 unless I cancel the service. He says I have to download a form to my computer and he'll advise how to fill out the form; he says this is the only way I can cancel the subion. Obviously he is trying to get into my computer. I have already reported this to the actual Geek Squad people at Best Buy and to the Federal Trade Commission. This call is not connected to Best Buy in any way. They do not identify themselves with Best Buy; but they do say Geek Squad. Be wary; hang up on this person, who has an Indian accent and apparently calling from California."
