"A man with a foreign accent has called from 986-521-0014 many times. Just yesterday he called 6 times. He said he is calling from the US Treasury office and has money for me. If I give him my debit card or credit card, he will put the money in my account. Since this is fraud, why doesn't the FCC or someone put a stop to this? We get fraudulent calls from other numbers as well. The Do Not Call program isn't working. I hope your organization is legit and will get the proper authorities to put a stop to this. If you know anything the public can do, please advise."
